Your First Visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment.

Reception:

When you arrive for your first massage session, you will be greeted and asked to fill out a short health history form on an iPad. The iPad is adapted for your visually impaired massage therapist to be able to review your file. You will then be guided into one of our massage suites to relax and familiarize yourself with the surroundings.

Suites:

Once your therapist has had a few moments to review your information they will join you in the suite to discuss a plan of action for your massage treatments, discuss any issues that you might feel important and help you customize the room to your personal comfort level, including peaceful acoustics, aromatherapy, and lighting levels which can range from ambient to complete darkness. It’s all about you.

Privacy:

Your therapist will leave the room while you completely disrobe, lie face down on the luxury heated massage bed and cover yourself with a crisp clean top sheet & cozy blanket. (you may prefer to leave on your undergarments). Your therapist will knock on the door to be sure you are ready before they reenter.

Treatment:

During your treatment you will be professionally draped with the sheets; your massage therapist will only uncover the part of the body they are working on to ensure your privacy is respected. Please be sure to communicate with your therapist about pressure and comfort, it?s your massage and we are receptive to your care and satisfaction.

Conclusion:

Once your massage is complete, your therapist will leave the room for you to redress. When you are ready, open the door. Your therapist will re enter; you will be offered a restorative beverage depending on your preference. Your therapist will discuss the treatment with you and provide important tips for home care. Back at reception, we will assist you with booking your next appointment; gift you a small supply of personalized tea for you to take with you as this massage session doesn?t end with you leaving our studio.
